The Walmart Smart Network is Walmart’s in-store digital network that dynamically serves contextually relevant content to shoppers in real-time.

Walmart leadership asked our team to provide a business case for expanding the network from 1500 to 4000 stores nationwide, to develop an omni-channel shopper-first experience that seamlessly connects their digital and physical platforms and to design a customer-centric, data-informed content strategy.
